Ben and his brother Peabody were surrendered because their owners were aging and they were worried they didn't have enough years left to take care of them. On Ben's paperwork it says he's 2-3 years old, but judging by his teeth he looks a bit older than that. We've been thinking of him as a secret old man because of the teeth and how he acts. He mostly just eats and lazes in the bed. Ben likes to talk and receive love, however he is a little shy and tends to hide under things if he's overwhelmed.
