Jingle is an easygoing, confident boy who helps his sister feel at home. Together, they make the perfect balanced pair .<br/><br/>They are currently being fostered on Staten Island, NY and are available for adoption together only.<br/><br/>Could 2026 be the year they find their happily ever after?
