Bella *Sponsored Adoption Fee*'s Story
Bella's adoption fee is graciously sponsored by our friends at Art City Vets!

Meet sweet Bella! Our awesome foster Angelina found Bella outdoors in North Philly. After dutifully feeding and caring for her for several months, Angelina noticed she was sniffling and sneezing, and the weather was getting colder. Knowing she wasn't up for spending another winter outside, Angelina took her in and worked with the Fishtails veterinary team to get her the care she needed. Now Bella is settled into her foster home, enjoying the perks of indoor life, and ready to find her forever home!

From her foster:
"Bella is a friendly girl. She's a sweet lady, loves pets and comes directly to you to get them, and purrs a lot. However, she has rules for pets (like no touching her belly), and if you break those rules, she will tell you that by smacking your hand with her paw (no claws!) and a gentle nip(toothless bite). She loves playing with string teaser toys and small soft toys that she can bite. She also loves catnip and starts playing like a little, energetic kitten. Another thing that she loves is cardboard scratchers, any kind, but especially bowl-shaped ones, and she always makes happy scratches when I come into the room to check on her. She is will likely be OK living with another cat but prefers to have her personal space because sometimes she gets overstimulated by others. Overall, she enjoys being an indoor cat and loves human attention (with respect to her petting rules)."

Bella is FIV+ and has only three teeth left, but she is doing well and enjoys life! She tolerates other cats and could do well in a home with another cat who knows to give her space! She would thrive as an only pet who gets lots of attention from her humans.

Bella is enjoying the warm indoors and show her love of pets and affection with her constant purrs. We are so happy her foster gave her a chance to spend her golden years safe and loved.

DOB: 11/21/2014

Ready to make Bella part of your family forever?
