Bella Rosa was rescued from living alone in a vacant apartment when her human owner was moved to hospice care. <br/>She was being fed by a caring neighbor but not getting any socialization. OCSP wanted better for her!<br/>She definitely has blossomed in OCSP foster care and you would never know that she endured loneliness and abandonment.
