Bella Marie's Story

Bella - a sweet, affectionate, playful little cat... IF you earn it! Bella has been in foster for over a year... because while she is beautiful and super sweet... she needs a nice quiet home with someone who understands her desire for stability and peace! Bella was apparently a little breeding momma who went into retirement several years ago - she is about 10 years old! Her human passed away and she had a rough year before we found her... she was scared and matted and tried a home that didn't work... How to win over Bella Marie? Give her space and time.. visit her but don't pet her until she asks... this takes about 8-12 visits but perhaps in a new place... 2-4 weeks. at that point? She is just adorable... LOVES a laser toy - other toys? apparently boring! We are very protective of Bella that she only has one more move in her little life if possible... but if you are that special, patient person who wants one companion and you dont' have a chaotic household? Bella is super special and sweet....
