Bella is our resident tiny talkative Tortie! She came to the shelter very underweight and with quite a lot of hair loss on her hind-quarters. After vet examination it was determined that her hair loss was likely left over from an allergic reaction to fleas that had since healed. Her hair is now filling back in and she wants to tell everyone about it! She is a super talkative kitty who loves to roam and play. She is energetic and full of personality.
