Beignet's Story

Meet Beignet, the pumpkin spice treat!

Male I 2 months I UTD Vaccines I Dewormed I Neutered I Microchipped I FeLV/FIV Negative

This handsome orange boy was found in a car engine at a local donut shop that shares a parking lot with our vet clinic. The kind people who found him were unable to keep him and asked if our vet team could help. Naturally, they said yes! They quickly fell in love with him but it soon became clear that Beignet needed kitten friends to help him learn, play, and grow into a well-adjusted young cat.

Beignet is 100% orange kitten through and through. He is endlessly curious, full of energy, and absolutely convinced that whatever you're doing is his business too. No matter the task, Beignet will be right there supervising every step. He loves people and enjoys a good cuddle, but don't expect him to stay still for long. He would much rather be in the middle of the action than miss out on something exciting.

Playtime is Beignet's favorite time. He loves interactive toys, chasing anything that moves, and especially wrestling with other kittens. He is social, outgoing, and happiest when he has a feline buddy. Beignet is not particularly talented at entertaining himself and truly thrives with companionship. For that reason, he will need to go to a home with another playful cat or kitten or be adopted with a friend.

Interested in Meeting/Adopting Beignet? Inked Kitten Club's Adoption Policy
Thank you for your interest in adopting an Inked Kitten. Please complete our adoption application in full. We do not evaluate inquiries. As a foster based organization, we require a fully completed application in order to set up kitten meet and greets. We do not adopt on a first-come, first-served basis. Our priority is finding the best match for each cat or kitten. Because kittens tend to adjust better with a buddy, applicants interested in adopting a pair are generally given higher priority to help prevent Single Kitten Syndrome (SKS). What is Single Kitten Syndrome? Single Kitten Syndrome occurs when young kittens are adopted alone. Without a feline playmate, they may develop behavioral issues such as: Aggression or anxiety | Inappropriate chewing or scratching | Litter box avoidance | Difficulty adjusting to new pets or children later in life. While not all single kittens experience these challenges, it’s a common reason cats are rehomed late. The best way to prevent SKS is to adopt kittens in pairs or ensure there’s already a playful, compatible cat in the home.
