This sweet boy came to Tigerlily from local animal control after he was recently adopted and then turned into the shelter again as a stray. His family did not want him back, so we knew we had to step in and find him a true forever home! He is a happy, social boy that enjoys attention. He enjoys being petted and likes interactive play time with catnip and chasing wand toys. We do not know much of his history, so he would need slow introductions with cat-savvy children and other pets to be sure everyone gets along nicely. <br/><br/>Beefcake is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, tested negative for FIV and FeLV, and has been treated for parasites. His adoption fee is $125. Tigerlily Cat Rescue's Adoption Policy
* We do require adopters to be at least 21 years old. * If you are leasing, we do ask that you provide a copy of your rental agreement showing that cats are allowed. * We also ask that all adults living in the home agree with the adoption and addition of a feline friend to the family. * For families with young children (under 6), kittens over 6 months are best. * If the pet is to be alone for a significant amount of time, we ask that you consider adopting an older kitten or adult, or consider adopting two kittens to keep each other company. Young kittens are susceptible to social-depression if alone for a significant amount of time. * We also discourage "gift" adoptions unless it is from a parent to a minor child. Our adoption fee of $125 (cash/check) includes feline leukemia/FIV testing, deworming, flea preventative, microchip, and age-appropriate vaccines. All Tigerlily cats are thoroughly examined by a veterinarian. All cats and kittens are spayed/neutered prior to being available for adoption.
