Becca's Story

***Sharonville location*** Becca has made the decision she does not want to mingle with her roommates in her free range room and prefers to stay in her safe space. Even though she’s still a kitten herself, she has an old soul and does not want to socialize with the younger cats. Becca apparently would prefer to be the only cat, and perhaps the only pet, in a home. And that’s okay. Lots of people prefer to have a quiet little companion who will snuggle next to them while they are reading and watching tv. Please consider making an appointment to see if Becca might be the right fit for your home! HEARTT Animal Refuge's Adoption Policy

All adoptions are by appointment only. We have two locations, Sharonville and Bridgetown, so please clarify who you would like to meet so we can set up the appointment at the correct location. Our adoption fee for both dogs and cats is $100 per animal. We have a policy to only adopt to individuals age 21 or older. Additionally, we only adopt within a 50 mile radius so that if problems arise, the pet can easily be returned to the shelter. All animals are spayed/neutered and vaccinated prior to adoption. We also give flea and dewormer treatments. Dogs are tested for Heartworm and cats are quarantined for 8 weeks prior to FIV/FeLV testing. Consider a "Senior" pet.....they really need love and a home to call their own in their senior years. We have a few beautiful kittens and many adult cats that are looking for you.
