They were the shyer of the four kittens, but with patience, consistency, and the love of their foster home, they’ve made wonderful progress and continue to blossom every day.

Both girls are spayed, fully vaccinated (FVRCP + rabies), microchipped, dewormed, litter trained, and ready for adoption.

They currently live in a home with other cats and do very well with them. While they haven’t had direct interaction with dogs, they are regularly exposed to dog sounds and smells and handle it well. With slow, proper introductions, they may do fine in a home with a calm dog. They’ve also had limited exposure to children in a previous foster home.

Beans and Boba are not lap cats at this stage — and that’s perfectly okay.
Beans is the more confident of the two. She happily greets her foster, enjoys hanging out nearby, and will occasionally rub up against her human on her own terms.
Boba is more cautious and sensitive to change. She prefers to observe first, slowly building trust, and is comfortable with gentle pets but not being picked up. She has come a long way and continues to gain confidence at her own pace.

Because of Boba’s gentle nature, these sisters must be adopted together. Beans provides comfort and security for Boba, and keeping them together will help Boba continue to thrive.

Beans and Boba would do best in a patient, low-pressure home with someone who understands that not all cats show affection the same way. They’re perfect for an adopter who values companionship over cuddles and is happy to let trust grow naturally.

If you’re looking for a sweet, quiet pair to share your space and your heart — and you’re ready to let love unfold on their timeline — Beans and Boba may be the perfect match. 🐾

Beans & Boba’s Perfect Home

A calm, patient household that understands shy cats need time to adjust

An adopter who isn’t focused on having lap cats, but enjoys quiet companionship

A home willing to let trust build naturally, especially for Boba

Must be adopted together so they can continue to feel safe and confident

Cat-friendly home (they do great with other cats)

Possible dog home with slow, respectful introductions

Someone who values progress, not pressure, and celebrates small wins

---

At TNR La Pêche, we have a thorough adoption process to ensure that each cat finds a loving and responsible home that meets their needs. Adoption Process: 1. Application Submission – Potential adopters must complete an adoption application, providing details about their home, lifestyle, and experience with pets. 2. Application Review – Our team carefully reviews each application to ensure a good match between the adopter and the cat. 3. Interview & Discussion – We may contact applicants for a follow-up discussion to clarify details and ensure they understand our adoption policies. 4. Home Environment Consideration – We require that all adopted cats live indoors only to ensure their safety and well-being. 5. Meet & Greet – If the application is approved, adopters have the opportunity to meet the cat and ask any questions before finalizing the adoption. 6. Adoption Agreement & Fee – Approved adopters sign an adoption contract agreeing to provide proper care, and they pay an adoption fee that helps cover veterinary expenses. 7. Transition Support – We provide guidance on introducing the cat to their new home and remain available for post-adoption support. Our goal is to ensure the best possible match for both the cat and the adopter, leading to a successful and lifelong adoption.
