Beacon

Special Needs:Beacon was born blind and has had a double eye enucleation to reduce infection risk. Because of this, she requires a predictable environment (so that she doesn't run into things) and should generally be kept on the floor unless supervised (she cannot judge her distance from the floor and therefore cannot safely jump/fall off of heightened surfaces). Beacon is also FIV positive. This will cause her lifespan to be shortened by 3-5 years. FIV is transferable only to other felines and only if a positive cat bites and draws blood.Description:Beacon is one of the sweetest kittens you will ever meet. She loves to be held and cuddled, and she will purr the whole time. If she wants to be pet, she will make it known by searching for a human and politely standing by or climbing on them. While she sleeps and snuggles most of the day, Beacon still enjoys playing with toys and her brother, Echo. Beacon needs to be adopted as a bonded pair with Echo.
