Toby is a very cute kitty and low-key boy. He likes to hang out with other cats and feels protected by them. <br/><br/>The Beach gang is a litter that was living under someone's deck. It seems that they did have quite a few bad experiences before getting rescued and all are quite timid around people.<br/>With us just placing a cat in an unknown situation quite a few cats get super anxious and decide to hide and observe the new place and family from relative safety. To help the cat accept you and develop a loving bond, you would need to put in some effort, loving care, and patience. We think that Toby will adjust in 6 to 9 weeks. You would need to keep him in one small room (preferably your bedroom) and spend time just sitting, talking or even singing to him. <br/><br/>If that is something you would like to do please fill the Bashful Cat match https://forms.gle/fRm4snuyfnSBaVgR9 <br/>It will help determine if you and our bashful kitty will have a great life together. Main event is of course meeting your future best friend! We don't have an option for in-person visits. Instead, we do a video call for you to meet the cat.
