Bea Arthur

Meet Bea!

This beautiful Seal Point Siamese is a once in a lifetime cat, the cat you'll always remember, not because of her looks but because of her heart.

We don't know her background, just that she fell on very hard times, narrowly escaped them, and found her way to Pooler Paws where she continues to recover.

What we do know is that she is a very special girl with remarkable resilience. Human companionship is essential to her. Before we understood that, she sat at the door of her room calling. We thought she wanted to get out (and maybe she did) but she was also asking for someone to come in and spend time with her. She loves being gently petted, talked to and combed and purrs nonstop.

She's recovering quickly, trusting more people, but she will need someone who understands it takes a while to heal sometimes. If you're that person, Bea could be your forever cat, ready to take her next step into your heart and life. She'll let you know.

Lately, we've discovered Bea loves kittens and loves playing with them. She continues to amaze us and there's no telling what's next.
