Bax's Story

Bax

An old soul wrapped in a tiny cloud.

Some kittens bounce off the walls.

Bax would rather bounce into your arms.

This beautiful long-haired grey girl is only three months old, but we're fairly certain she's a retired grandmother trapped in a kitten's body. While the other kittens are busy inventing new ways to create chaos, Bax is perfectly content being carried around like the tiny queen she knows she is.

In fact, if you're looking for her, don't check the toy basket.

Check your shoulder.

Or your lap.

Or draped across your arm while you're trying to answer emails.

Being held is Bax's favorite place in the world. She'll happily cling to you while you work on your laptop as though she's been hired as your very own fluffy personal assistant. Her love language isn't zoomies-it's simply being close.

Now, Bax does have one tiny quirk.

She hisses.

At everything.

Pick her up? Hiss.

Pet her? Hiss.

Tell her she's beautiful? Probably... hiss.

But here's the funny part: she has absolutely no intention of backing up those dramatic sound effects. There isn't a single mean or aggressive bone in this kitten's body. She'll hiss politely, then immediately let you cuddle her, carry her around, and love on her to your heart's content. It's less of a warning and more of... a strongly worded greeting.

And then there are the ears.

Those magnificent Maine Coon-style ear tufts give her the look of a tiny woodland creature who wandered out of an enchanted forest. As if that weren't enough, Bax even has little tufts of fur growing on her nose-a tiny fuzzy mohawk that's so ridiculously adorable it hardly seems fair.

She's gentle, mellow, affectionate, and wonderfully content whether she's your one-and-only companion or sharing a home with another friendly cat. She's the kind of kitten who doesn't demand attention-she quietly earns it.

Bax is SNAP negative, spayed, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and ready to spend a lifetime proving that sometimes the calmest kittens leave the biggest paw prints on your heart.

Warning: Bax may convince you that productivity is overrated, shoulders are meant for kittens, and every home should include one tiny grey cloud with a nose mohawk.

Hiss.

Pet her? Hiss.
