Bambi's Story
Meet Bambi
Bambi is a beautiful tabby with striking green eyes and long whiskers that make you stop in your tracks. But what truly steals hearts is her purrsonality. She loves to purr, cuddle, and curl up in your lap, making her the perfect companion for someone looking for a sweet, affectionate best friend.

Bambi has been overlooked for adoption, despite everything she has overcome. After raising a litter of kittens and weaning them successfully, we noticed she wasn't eating as much as usual. After closely monitoring her, we rushed her to urgent care, where she was diagnosed with an intussusception—a life-threatening condition in which part of the intestine folds into itself.

Emergency surgery was her only chance. Her odds of surviving were estimated at just 25%, but Bambi proved just how strong she is. She came through surgery with flying colors, despite having 27 inches of her intestine removed.

Her recovery required weeks of dedicated care. She was on strict activity restriction and had to eat tiny tablespoon-sized meals several times a day while her body healed. Through it all, Bambi remained resilient, loving, and gentle.

Today, Bambi is fully healed and ready to start the next chapter of her life in a forever home. She does require a prescription gastrointestinal diet, which costs about $70 per month, but because we want her to find the perfect family, we are willing to waive her adoption fee for the right adopter.

If you're looking for a resilient, affectionate lap cat with a heart as beautiful as her eyes, Bambi is waiting to meet you.
This version is warm and adoption-focused while highlighting Bambi's resilience without dwelling too heavily on the medical details. If it's for Facebook, Petfinder, or another adoption site, I can also tailor it to fit that platform's style and character limits.

Apply at snaptcats.org
