Ava's Story

Meet Ava. Named for Ava Gardner, Ava is a friendly, beautiful young adult, maybe 1.2-2 years old, who was found with her three gorgeous kittens. Now they're grown and she's ready for a home of her own!

Ava is a confident, affectionate girl. She loves to be petted and will snuggle up next to you or in your lap when in the mood for a cuddle. However, she's also pretty independent and won't be up in your business all the time! She is playful and loves catnip kickers and wand toys (if her kittens don't get in the way, anyway!). Really, she's just an all-around lovely cat and, with her soft fluffy fur, a pleasure for you to pet!

Ava seems to like other cats, but would also probably be fine as a solo cat. If you're interested in a pair, she has three kittens who are almost ready to go home as well! She hasn't met any kids or dogs, but we think she'd be OK with respectful kids and a mellow cat-friendly dog with proper introductions.

She's spayed, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and up-to-date on all of her vaccinations. She's all ready to come home to you, so apply to adopt her today!

Note: All of our cats are in foster homes in the Pittsburgh area, so the first step in adopting from us is to fill out an application here:
http://bit.ly/3VDJfhm
