Sweet Aurora is finally ready for her forever home. <br/><br/>Aurora was found wandering in Central City Surrey in February 2026, after she walked right into someone’s home, desperately begging for help. She weighed just 1.6 kg and was severely emaciated.<br/><br/>Her road to recovery was anything but easy. Aurora was suffering from non-regenerative anemia requiring a blood transfusion and developed refeeding syndrome requiring tube feeding. She spent 10 days in intensive care at Boundary Bay. Her veterinary bills reached an incredible $15,000.<br/><br/>After coming home, she continued her recovery for six long months, now she has made a full recovery.<br/><br/>She is healthy, spayed, microchipped, and ready to be someone’s best friend forever. <br/><br/>Aurora is approximately 6.5 years old, beautiful, affectionate, and so deserving of a life where she can finally be spoiled and loved the way she should have been all along.<br/><br/>When she was at her most vulnerable, she did not like dogs and was standoffish with other cats.
