MEET AUGUSTUS — CALM, CURIOUS & CHARMINGLY CONTEMPLATIVE! <br/><br/>While his siblings are busy bouncing, barreling, and behaving like tiny hooligans, Augustus can often be found sitting peacefully nearby.<br/><br/>Observing.<br/><br/>Contemplating.<br/><br/>Perhaps wondering why the youth of today have to make so much noise. <br/><br/>Augustus is a mature little man in a miniature kitten body, and there's something ridiculously endearing about him.<br/><br/>Don't misunderstand—this handsome boy absolutely knows how to kitten. He'll pounce, play, prance, and participate in sibling shenanigans with the best of them. He just possesses something many kittens his age have yet to discover:<br/><br/>An off switch. <br/><br/>When the rest of the crew is still racing, romping, and raising a ruckus, Augustus is perfectly happy to retire from the festivities, find himself a comfortable spot, and quietly survey the situation like a tiny gentleman who has seen some things.<br/><br/>What things?<br/><br/>We have absolutely no idea.<br/><br/>He's four months old.<br/><br/>But he certainly seems to have opinions about them.<br/><br/>Augustus has mastered the fine art of playing and pondering, romping and relaxing, frolicking and philosophizing. He's sweet, gentle, playful, and just a little more mellow than your average miniature mischief-maker.<br/><br/>And then theres that FACE. <br/><br/>Sweet eyes, precious expression, and the unmistakable air of a kitten who looks like he should be sitting in a tiny recliner with the Sunday paper while muttering about interest rates.<br/><br/>Basically, Augustus is:<br/> Mature beyond his months<br/> Playful, pleasant & perfectly precious<br/> Calm, cool & collected<br/> Sweet, soft & seriously lovable<br/> Champion chiller<br/> Part-time participant in sibling shenanigans, full-time adorable observer<br/><br/>If you love kittens but appreciate one whose personal philosophy occasionally seems to be perhaps we could all settle down, Augustus may be your guy.<br/><br/>Augustus is a little over 4 months old, has had his first vaccines, and has been treated with topical flea control and dewormed.<br/><br/>AUGUSTUS IS FOSTER-TO-ADOPT!<br/>Augustus hasn't been neutered yet, but that doesn't mean this darling little dude has to delay finding his loving family. He can go home with his adopter now and return for his neuter appointment on 9/17/26. Once he's neutered, his adoption can be finalized. <br/><br/>EVEN OLD SOULS NEED A KITTY SIDEKICK!<br/>Augustus needs a home with another friendly cat or kitten for companionship, confidence, and continued kitty learning.<br/><br/>Already have a friendly feline?
