Athos & Aramis's Story

Twins Athos & Aramis look very much alike with only slighly different eye color to distinguish them. They are always together in the room and prefer to sleep and cuddle with one another so we are hoping to find a home for them where they can remain a pair. Neither cat is alpha. Their passive personalities are are similar as their markings. They are gentle, loving and very quiet. They still love to play but are not scratchy/bitey cats. They would be good in home with older children and calm dogs but would not thrive in a chaotic and loud household. Please consider making an appointment to see if Athos & Aramis would be the right fit for your home. HEARTT Animal Refuge's Adoption Policy

All adoptions are by appointment only. We have two locations, Sharonville and Bridgetown, so please clarify who you would like to meet so we can set up the appointment at the correct location. Our adoption fee for both dogs and cats is $100 per animal. We have a policy to only adopt to individuals age 21 or older. Additionally, we only adopt within a 50 mile radius so that if problems arise, the pet can easily be returned to the shelter. All animals are spayed/neutered and vaccinated prior to adoption. We also give flea and dewormer treatments. Dogs are tested for Heartworm and cats are quarantined for 8 weeks prior to FIV/FeLV testing. Consider a "Senior" pet.....they really need love and a home to call their own in their senior years. We have a few beautiful kittens and many adult cats that are looking for you.
