This affectionate, playful, and curious sweetheart absolutely loves her people. Give her a lap to curl up in, some attention, and plenty of love, and you’ll have one very happy girl! She’s a total cuddlebug, a purring machine, and she’s also wonderfully talkative—so be prepared for plenty of adorable conversations. <br/><br/>Astrid enjoys all the fun things in life, including playing with toys, enjoying catnip, and indulging in her favorite Churu treats. And this clever girl even knows a couple of tricks! With a tasty reward, Astrid will spin and sit, over and over again! She is just the most adorable kitty you will ever meet!<br/><br/>Astrid came to us after being found living in a motel with several other cats when their owner was no longer able to care for them. The shelter environment was overwhelming for her, but once she came into our rescue, she had the chance to relax, feel safe, and show us who she really is—and she is thriving! She may be a little shy at adoption events or while staying at the adoption center, but don’t let that fool you. At home, Astrid is a social, loving girl who truly enjoys being with her people.<br/><br/>** Astrid needs an indoor-only home with plenty of room to run around, cat trees to climb on, and toys to play with. She needs a family who will give her lots of love, attention, and playtime. **<br/><br/>Astrid does well with other cats after proper introductions. We aren’t sure how she is with dogs.
