His best friend in foster care is Big Boi, and he tries to befriend everyone he meets. Whether he's chasing toys, inviting another cat to play, or lounging nearby for a group nap, Arthur thrives with feline companionship. Because of this, we are looking for a home with another friendly, playful cat who can continue helping him blossom.
