Hi, my name is Artemis (I have a white spot on my head). I was rescued from a house fire. My daughter (Diana, also pictured) and I were the only animals who survived. I've been through a lot and now I'm looking for a loving, safe, and mellow home where I can finally relax and feel secure. Despite everything, I'm a sweet and and affectionate girl who loves being around people. I enjoy keeping you company during your daily routine and soaking up all the pets attention you're willing to give. I get along okay with other cats and do okay with calm dogs. <br/><br/>Artemis would thrive in a quiet home with someone who would give her the love, patience, and comfort she deserves. Feline Lifeline for South Carolina's Adoption Policy
To adopt from Feline Lifeline, you must be at least 21 years of age and meet our guidelines. We will determine your approval through your application, an interview, possible home visit, and arranged meeting with the animal. Please apply for adoption by filling out an application at www.FelineLifelineSC.org. Please note the Petfinder inquiry form is NOT an application. Once your Feline Lifeline adoption application is reviewed, a volunteer will contact you within 48 hours for an interview by phone or send an email. (Be sure to check your "SPAM" folder.) If approved, we will then schedule a meeting between you and the cat to make sure you both like each other. Thank you for your interest!
