Aries's Story
Aries came into our care after her owner developed health issues and moved to no-pet housing. She lived with two other cats and enjoyed sleeping on her owner's bed. Here at the Shelter, Aries is living in our cage free room with Elvis and Meatball, two other cats in our care. She has been good with both of them, but isn't interested in playing. Despite being shy initially, she warms up very quickly with some cheek rubs. She received updated vet care on 4/28 and is ready for a new home now.

The first step in our adoption process is to fill out an application at https://www.medfieldshelter.com/adoption-forms/cat.

If you are ready to adopt, please fill out an adoption application. We offer same-day adoptions, so if the cat is a fit, you can take them home the day of your meeting.

If a cat is listed on our website, it is still available for adoption, but applications may have been received before yours.

All adoption meetings are by appointment only. The adoption fee for cats seven months to two years old is $250 for one cat and $350 for a pair; for cats three years to ten years old, it is $200 for one cat and $300 for a pair; and for senior cats 11 years and over, it is $125. The fee includes age-appropriate vaccines, deworming, microchip testing, testing for FeLV and FIV, and spaying/ neutering.
