Ariel's Story

Ariel is a Courtesy Listing and is not housed at the Animal Shelter. Please note that the City of Bloomington Animal Care & Control accepts no responsibility for this pet. Potential adopters are responsible for communicating directly with the pet's guardian. Ariel is 12year, 6 months old so she is a senior cat and would love nothing but to lounge around but every now and then loves to play. She is declawed due to a genetic deformity in her front feet, so she only has 3 toes instead of the normal 4! She also has Hyperthyroidism and stomatitis and must have daily medicine to control it. She may eventually need all of her teeth removed due to the stomatitis. Now for the good parts of her! She does very well with children (unsure of under 5) and does well with dogs that do not chase her/try to play. She does not do well with other cats. She has tolerated others in the past but she just might be a grumpy girl in her old age. She loves people and has always actively greeted strangers. She will go with all the bedding/litter/litterboxes/toys/current amount of medication. If you are interested in Ariel, please text: (812)361-1032. **PLEASE CONTACT OWNER DIRECTLY***
