Aria can cross anything and everything with ease, always on the prowl for her next big “hunt”… which usually ends with her launching a fierce (yet gentle) attack straight onto your lap.<br/><br/>Once she’s “caught” you, the game is over—Aria will curl up, purr away, and nap like the queen of the wild she is. Congratulations: you’re officially trapped as her cuddle buddy for life!<br/><br/>Aria will never be more than three feet away from you—whether she’s playing with her siblings, curled up on your lap, or lounging on your desk watching you work. We are a handful of volunteers who work normal jobs by day and rescue cats on nights & weekends. We receive countless daily requests from the community for assistance with cats and kittens found outside in need of rescue.<br/><br/>We focus on rescuing friendly cats from the streets, getting them healthy and vetted in foster care, and finding their purrrfect forever home! We prevent hundreds of cats per year from entering our city shelters and being euthanized.<br/><br/>We also TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) and vaccinate unadoptable/feral street cats, which we believe is the only solution to the root cause of the feline population crisis.<br/><br/>When space allows, we also pull death-row cats from local high kill shelters, work with them in foster care, get them up to date on their healthcare, and match them with their new forever family.<br/><br/>If you'd like to volunteer with us, fostering is a great way to help our cause, and it allows us space to save more kitties off the streets.<br/>If you are unable to foster, we are also always looking for help with transportation to and from vet appointments.<br/>Please send us an email at delgatorescue@gmail.com to be a part of our rescue community.
