Archie's Story
Archie – Available for Adoption

Archie is a round-faced gentle giant searching for the forever home he deserves.

This boy is only recently in from his community cat life and he’s slowly discovering the comforts of indoor living — feather toys, tasty treats, soft pets, and the safety of a warm home. He is still getting used to living in a home but he is loving it! He roams his foster's apartment with great curiosity about every item.

Archie loves to be pet but is still a bit unused to human attention so gets a bit anxious that he will be ignored. So he sometimes does a paw swipe (claws held in) to make sure you pay attention to him. He is just learning to play with toys but is warming to the wand toys and starting to get excited to chase it. He also loves looking out the window at the world outside. He is affectionate and happy to be with humans.

Archie is sweet, gentle, and quietly curious. Archie loves affection and will surprise you with playful little hops and paw taps once he feels comfortable. He’s ready to trade life on the streets for a family to love him forever.

Archie is approximately 6 years old, neutered, up-to-date on all his shots, negative for FeLV, yet positive for FIV. If you are interested in meeting him, contact Boston's Forgotten Felines on Facebook or at catadoptions@bostonsforgottenfelines.org

Can FIV+ Cats Live With Other Cats?
