Archer's Story
Meet Archer! The talkative, snuggle bug that loves to sit on a soft blanket on a lap while purring his heart away. Archer came to us with a giant umbilical hernia as a small kitten. He had to gain weight and become big enough to have the hernia repair surgery. Every day, he would see people come through our intake room, and he would cry for attention. Finally, our cat and foster coordinator took him home to foster. After he gained enough weight, he finally went through his hernia repair surgery and his neuter. He's currently looking for his forever home, and he is GREAT with young kids and other cats. He loves romping around with his foster's at and kittens, so he would do best in a home with a playmate. He has also been fighting some upper respiratory stuff for awhile, but it doesn't slow him down. He still eats a ton and is super playful! It's just something to keep an eye on in his new home, but it should start to get better as he gets older.

I am currently in a foster home and not at HSNBA, if you are interested in meeting me, please contact the nice folks at HSNBA so they can put you in contact with my foster family to set up a meet & greet. E-mail HSNBA at adoption@hsnba.org, call us at: (830) 629-5287 or stop by and speak with the folks at HSNBA at 3353 Morningside Dr. to get your information sent over to my foster home.
