April's Story
When April first arrived at the shelter, she was stubbornly unfriendly. This changed over a year in when she decided she wanted love and pets! Ever since, she has remained at the shelter eagerly waiting for some loving! She will quietly and lovingly gaze at you until you take notice, and then meow a soft greeting while pushing her head into your hand. She has a slight limp from an old injury in her back leg, but gets around fine. This only adds to her charm, as she stands like a flamingo with one leg in the air when you give her butt scratches. She is waiting for you, very patiently!

++++++++++++++++++++

Settling In: Embracing the Rule of Threes Transitioning to a new environment is quite a journey for a cat.
