Annabelle

Annabelle is a survivor- she is determined and fought to save her babies.<br/><br/>She was found on the edge of a road, dragging herself to the ditch after being struck by a vehicle. She had 2 day old babies that needed her. She lost her front left paw in the accident and her back left leg was severely damaged. She endured 3 weeks of letting us change the dressing on her leg while she cared for her 5 babies. At that time she was able to have surgery to remove her back leg.<br/><br/>This girl has overcome SO much! She will need a quiet home with a gentle caretaker. She was likely at least semi-feral when she was found but she has really come around.<br/><br/>She enjoys head pets and slow predictable movements, so an adult only home would best suite her.<br/>Annabelles 2 right legs are normal, her front left leg is missing the lower part and she does not have a left back leg at all. She can take herself to and from the low entry litterbox and food/water if it stays close to her (photo included of her current area).<br/>She will require a soft area since she has a stub to balance on for her front left leg. She is considered special needs as she would do best with a special area set up for her to get started.<br/><br/>She is terrified of a crate, so we have included one in her area to help her overcome that obstacle.<br/>She is cat friendly as long as the other cat is not super dominant. She has nursed multiple litters of kittens and LOVES to clean and groom the babies.
