Amy's Story

Okay... we're not crying. You're crying.

Meet Amy - our tiny warrior princess with the wobbly walk and the mighty spirit.

Amy's story started like so many others: five itty-bitty kittens, no mama, stuck in a shelter. They were tiny, they were sick, but they were fighters. Everyone began improving... except sweet Amy. A quick vet trip and medication change helped - for about two days. Then suddenly, our little girl could barely stand. Her eyes darted back and forth. Something wasn't right.

Amy was diagnosed with dry FIP, which meant over 90 days of treatment and a whole lot of hope. The first few weeks were scary - the kind where you hold your breath and celebrate the smallest wins. And then... she started winning. Little by little.

She leaned on her siblings for comfort. She started to play again. And once she discovered how fun it was to wrestle with her puppy dog sibling? Game over. The rougher the play, the better - and Amy is usually the instigator! Don't let the sweet face fool you; this girl brings the party.

Today, Amy has overcome more than most cats ever will. She has a few extra wobbles and is deaf, but neither has slowed her down one bit. She zooms after toys, chases the laser dot like it owes her money, and happily tackles her kitten buddy, Daine, in full kitten chaos mode. When she's finally worn herself out, she transforms into a snuggle bug who wants nothing more than to curl up next to you and sleep peacefully.

Amy continues to grow stronger every day. She's resilient, playful, affectionate, and incredibly special. She may wobble, but she walks through life with pure determination and joy - and she's ready to bring that joy into her forever home.

If you're looking for a cat with a heroic heart, a playful streak, and the sweetest soul, Amy is your girl.
