Why is this loving and adorable guy of about 5 years still at the shelter?? Maybe because he's always hiding under his blankets, or that he'll take a few steps out from the safety of his cage into our community room of cats, then quickly retreats back in. He may be waiting for someone to spend extra time giving him the confidence he needs to step into the world.
