Althea's Story

Meet Althea 💖

If Althea were human, she would be a saint. She is a survivor, a warrior, a goddess, and the most devoted mama.

Althea’s journey is nothing short of extraordinary. She came into rescue after being hit by a car while pregnant, requiring an emergency C-section. Only one of her babies survived. Despite her trauma and loss, Althea’s spirit never broke. She went on to adopt two orphaned kittens, raising them with the same love and devotion as her own.

Now it’s her turn to be cherished. Althea is full of love and ready to share it. She adores lap time, gentle brushing, giving sweet kisses, watching the world from the window, and, of course, mealtime. Her house manners are absolutely purrfect. Her silky, shiny black fur with silver undertones around her neck draws compliments.

She gets along with respectful dogs and can live with other cats given a slow, proper introduction. She would also thrive as an only cat, as long as her person is home often to soak up all the love she has to give.
Althea is truly one of a kind — a rare treasure with a heart of gold. ✨
Apply today… because a cat like this won’t be waiting long. Althea was born around 3/21/23 and is about 3 years old

Please head to our website to fill out an application prior to setting up a meet.
