ALICE's Story

SEBASTIAN & ALICE are a pretty bonded brother and sister, who MUST BE ADOPTED TOGETHER. They are shy with strangers, need a quiet home with no kids or dogs and a patient, experienced cat owner, who understands behavior of under-socialized cats, and given time to settle in to a new home. Their finder/rescuer has been keeping them in a separate room in her home since taking them in June 2022 from a feral colony, safe from her 2 dogs. She loves them, but the dogs barking and obsessive behavior create stress in the household, so she wants to find a good home for them where they can stay together. They are sweet, happy, healthy, playful little kitties, about 2-1/2 years old. Sebastian is very friendly and loving once he gets to know you, but Alice is shy and timid and will require more patience and time to adapt, and might not ever be a lap kitty. If you can love and care for this special pair, we think they'll provide years of enjoyment with the right person.
