Not every pet is the right fit for every household, and we look for the best match for the <br/>animal.<br/><br/>ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS<br/>To be considered for adoption, you must meet the following baseline criteria:<br/>Complete Application: All online forms must be filled out entirely to be processed.<br/><br/>Verifiable References: <br/>You must provide verifiable vet, landlord, and personal character references.<br/><br/>Background Verification: We cross-check property records for homeowners and review lease agreements for tenants.<br/><br/>Current Home Status: All existing pets in your household must be fully vaccinated and spayed or neutered.<br/><br/>Kitten Policy: <br/>Kittens under 10 months old must be adopted in pairs unless an existing cat already lives in the home.<br/><br/>Location Limit: We only adopt to families living within a 25-mile radius of our facility. We cannot accept out-of-state applications<br/><br/>.STEP-BY-STEP ADOPTION PROCESS<br/>Our rescue is run entirely by passionate volunteers who dedicate their time outside of their 9-to-5 jobs. We process every application with the best interest of our animals in mind.<br/><br/>Submit Application: <br/>Fill out the online paperwork completely via our Adoption Application Page (link below).<br/>Screening: <br/>Volunteers review your submission and contact your landlord, vet, and character references.<br/><br/>Interview: Please check your spam folder. We will only notify applicants who are approved to move forward.
