Alfredo's Story

From his foster mom, Ashley:

Alfredo is such a fun, affectionate boy with a big personality. He loves people and will happily climb right into your lap the second you sit down. If he spots you across the room, he’ll sprint over and plop himself right on you like he’s been waiting all day for that moment.

He’s very playful and full of energy. When he wants to play with other cats, he just goes for it… usually by throwing his whole body on top of them in the most hilarious way. He’s always keeping things entertaining.

Alfredo has been through a lot. He was found in the middle of a busy road after falling out of a car engine, and he injured his right arm in the process. Because of that, he isn’t able to use that arm, but you would never know it from the way he runs, plays, and lives his life. It doesn’t slow him down at all.

He’s incredibly sweet, social, and just loves being around his people. One of his favorite things is curling up for couch naps and soaking up as much attention as he can get.

He does great with other cats and would especially enjoy having a playful companion. I think he would do best in a home where someone has time to interact with him, play with him, and make sure he stays safe indoors.

He should do well with older children.
Alfredo has such a resilient, happy spirit, and anyone who adopts him is going to end up with a very special little guy.

Born 10/6/2025

At Meowtown, we don’t have a traditional, physical shelter - all of our cats live in loving foster homes. That means they are already used to real home life, and we truly know their personalities, habits, and what makes them special. They are safe, socialized, and ready to be part of a family. They’re not waiting to become housecats… they already are. They just need a house.

If you are interested in meeting me, please contact my rescue family at MeowtownAR@gmail.com to arrange a visit with my foster home!
