Alberta is a baby at only 4 months! She's very pretty. She's shy with people, currently, but that's something that can change with time and patience. <br/><br/>She came from a home with too many animals. That's probably why she's more comfortable with other cats than people. She's looking for a quiet home, with adults only (respectful teens might be okay), without dogs because she's very nervous. She would really benefit from the presence of a confident cat though, to show her the ropes and help teach her humans bring good things (like food, love and play, etc.). <br/><br/>If you're interested in Alberta and you think you have the right home for her, call the shelter at (603) 472-3647 and press 1 to schedule an appointment.

All adoptions are done on an appointment only basis, for specific animals. No animals have multiple families visiting them at one time, this wouldn't be fair to them or for you. Because of this, we do not book out appointment more than 24-48 hours in advance. We are CLOSED for browsing at this time to keep the stress level of the animals in our care as low as possible. Thank you for your understanding! We DONT have online applications, we prefer to have a open line of communication with our potential adopters. Our process is more educational based. Our adoption counselors will be able to tell you if the animal you're interested in will be able to go home the same day.
