Alan's Story

Alan was part of a stray cat problem and was brought into us. He was in a live trap. Alan can be a bit shy still but if time he warms up pretty well. He would make someone a great indoor/outdoor kitty. He is neutered and up to date. Adoption fee is $50

Ritchie County Humane Society Inc.'s Adoption Policy
Adopting a pet is a simple and inexpensive process at our shelter.  You must fill out a short adoption form and then pay a small adoption fee.  Part of the adoption paperwork is promising to get your pet spayed or neutered if not already done.   Adoption Fees are as follows: Dog - spayed or neutered = $200 Dog - non-spayed or neutered = $150 Cat - spayed or neutered pet = $50 Cat - non-spayed or neutered pet = $20 (These fees are subject to change without notice, by breed, or by expenses incurred by that animal.)
