Alan's Story

Alan is currently in our charity-partnership cattery at Petsmart of Hilton Head Island (430 William Hilton Parkway). Come visit him during their retail hours!

Alan came to us as a shelter transfer from Renegade Paws Rescue where he was found as a (very friendly) stray in pretty rough physical shape. Wowza, what a handsome lad he has turned out to be; and while he is keeping his lineage a secret, he seems to be a Lynx Point Siamese ... with those beautiful blue eyes and gorgeous markings. He is definitely a diamond in the rough.

Alan is 7-year-old, still playful and curious and has a heart as big as they come! He is neutered, affectionate, and absolutely devoted to people. He is the kind of cat who genuinely enjoys human company and wants to be close to you.

At 7 lbs, he is a bit underweight, but making up for lost time with a zestful appetite and love of treats. He should fill out into a soft and beautiful boy. His gentle, friendly nature means he will bring warmth and loyalty to any home. True to his breed, he is also smart and intuitive, so will quickly learn the rhythms of life and become your most devoted companion.

Come meet Alan and start your cat-venture together! Everyone must fill out our easy on-line application which can be found here:

https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/SPLC/Cat.

For the safety of Alan and all his fellow animals at Salty Paws, home checks/visits are a requirement of adoption, but we make this as unobtrusive and convenient as we can.
