Adoption coordinator contacts references, landlord and vet. 4. A meet and greet is scheduled with the potential family and pet 5. When approved, the adoption coordinator will contact family for pick up day and time. For dog adoptions, please complete the following online application: https://www.shelterluv.com/form/other/MMIN/1398-dog-application---mm-inc.
