Agnes's Story

Our gorgeous mini house panther, Agnes, is delightfully quirky and has a purrsonailty all her own. She is friendly, though a bit nonchalant—you never quite know what she is thinking. Agnes enjoys some gentle pets, just not for too long, and she is happy to be around people while still keeping her independence. Her affection comes in her own unique style. She might demand your attention, only to look mildly offended when you give it, as if to say, “Yes, human, what do you want?”. One way to connect with Agnes? Playtime! Bring out a string wand, and she will reveal her playful, mischievous side with leaps and pounces.

Agnes will thrive in a home with experienced adopters who can provide her with love and attention while respecting her independent spirit. She would be comfortable with older, mature kids, but needs a home without young children. Once she is settled in her new home, Agnes’s snuggly, affectionate side may blossom even more. She is not bothered by her shelter pals and could live with another calm, friendly cat, but she would also be just fine as a solo kitty as long as she gets lots of playtime. She is 2-3 years old, healthy and has excellent litter box habits. With her mysterious ways and endearing quirks, Agnes is a cat who will charm and surprise you every day.

To learn more about Agnes or to arrange a visit to the shelter, please reach out or fill out an application.
