What is Twitchy Tails Rescue’s adoption process?

We require an adoption application be completed either online or filled out on paper. That application is passed to an adoption counselor who vets the information provided - by verifying the information and checking with the landlord if the potential adopter is a renter to verify they're allowed to have the cat or kitten(s) they're applying for. If they own the home we use county records to verify that information. We also do home visits to verify suitability.
