Hello, I'm Addison. I'm a seven year old sweet lady with a gentle soul. I can be a tad shy in new surroundings at first, so I'll need a patient family that understands I may take some time to come out of my shell once I'm home. Once I’m content, I’ll be the star of the show! I'd do best in a low-key home where I'm the queen of my castle! So please, no other pets, babies or small children where things stay calm and predictable. I promise I'm worth being your one and only!!! Once I feel safe, I'll be grateful to have a place to finally call home and you'll see my super sweet and affectionate personality shine! Our dedicated staff and volunteers will help you find the perfect match. Browse the animals online first, or just stop in during our shelter hours. Your first step to adopting a pet is to complete an adoption questionnaire available at the shelter. A FEW THINGS TO KNOW: You must be at least 18 years of age to adopt without a parent or guardian. Bring a form of identification with current address, such as a driver’s license. If renting property or living with a parent, you will be asked to provide proof that pets are allowed. We will contact the homeowner for verification. Once a staff member has reviewed your adopter questionnaire, you can spend some time with the animals. Pets are an important part of the family, so if at all possible, all family members should be part of the process.
