Adam James

Adam is available for adoption now. Adam was born 7/15/24 and was raised in a barn until he was brutally attacked by two large dogs. He sustained an injury so bad to his left front leg that it had to be amputated. He was then relinquished to us and has since fully recovered and adjusted well as a tripod kitty. He is also neutered and vaccinated.<br/><br/>Adam is extremely lovey. He will follow you around and talk to you. He loves to sit on your lap or lay on your side. He is also very playful and loves a good string toy to chase or something to climb up or jump on. He likes to sleep with people but will at some point ask to be let out of the room if the door is closed in the night. We have gotten very attached to him because he is so very sweet. <br/><br/>Adam needs an amazing indoor only home! He cannot be around big dogs however; he does fine with small dogs as long as they don’t interact with him too much. There can be no pet doors because there can be no chance for him to get outside! He does like other kitties.<br/><br/>If you are interested with adopting him we need to know about the living situation and what you can offer him. Email who lives in the home and include people and pets. Tell us what you can offer him and how you will care for him. He truly needs to be worshipped because he is just that special. Include pictures so we can see your home without a home visit. His adoption fee is $100 that will go towards his previous care. Make sure the subject line says “Adam Adoption.” We will review all applicants and setup meeting times to meet him based on what seems like the best fit for him.
