AC's Story

AC is one cool cat! However, his story is a sad one. He suffered the fate of many
apartment dwelling cats when his owner moved he was tossed outside to fend for himself. Being thrown outside was extremely scary for him. He only wandered a few apartment doors down until he found an HVAC unit to hide in. Luckily for him, a cat-loving person lived in the apartment right next to the unit. She would have kept this handsome boy but already had a cat of her own. So she did the next best thing she cared for him by providing food, water, and even a litter box as he was too scared to go downstairs to find a grassy area. She also contacted our shelter so that he could find a forever home she knew he deserved.

AC is one of the sweetest cats you will ever meet. He even enjoys being loved on more than food. He can get overstimulated, but not to the point of ever biting or scratching just to the point of rolling over and spilling his water bowl! He will likely calm down when he receives love on a more regular basis than shelter life can provide. But right now he craves attention and soaks it up whenever he can.
AC is such a good boy and all he wants is affection. Can you open your heart and
home to him so that he never has to worry about being tossed aside again?

DOB 6/29/2025

If you're interested in AC, we ask that you please fill out a "pre-adopt application" that can be found on our website: https://www.parkvilleshelter.com/adoption-application. We will contact you to schedule an appointment. Thank you.
