At about 2 years old, she still has plenty of playful energy and charm.<br/><br/>She’s an affectionate girl who enjoys being around her person and showing love in her own way. While she isn’t much of a cuddler, she likes to stay close by and be part of your day, happily keeping you company.<br/><br/>Abigail loves to play and stay entertained, especially watching squirrels and birds through the window or enjoying her toys and cat tree (included to be given to adopter). She has even started to enjoy supervised outdoor time and would likely love more of that safe enrichment.<br/><br/>She can be a little shy at first and may hide, but her curiosity helps her warm up, and she’s friendly once she feels comfortable. Abigail does have clear boundaries—she’s not a fan of tummy rubs unless it’s on her terms and may give a gentle nibble to say “no.” Because of this, a home without young children would be best. We are unsure if she will do well with other animals as she was the only cat, but she is pretty calm so she may be able to adjust with a slow acclimation.<br/><br/>With her mix of playfulness, curiosity, and independent affection, Abigail will thrive with someone who respects her personality and enjoys a companion who loves to be near, just not always in your lap.<br/><br/>$150 adoption fee<br/><br/>Medical services already completed include;<br/>*vet exam<br/>*spay/neuter<br/>*microchip<br/>*current FVRCP vaccine (and booster if applicable timeframe)<br/>*Rabies vaccine (if old enough).<br/>*FIV/FeLV (if a litter, one cat per litter will be tested)<br/><br/>Cat's Meow Cat Rescue is an all-volunteer, non-profit, foster-home based rescue.
