Meet Abby!<br/><br/>Abby is a beautiful calico with an incredible will to thrive. She was found after being hit by a car and, by a stroke of luck, was brought to a church where a Happy Whiskers volunteer happened to be that same day. Abby was rushed to the vet where X-rays showed she had both a broken hip and a broken leg.<br/><br/>After weeks of rest and follow-up X-rays, Abby is healing miraculously well. Her hip has been recovering nicely, and her leg continues to improve. For now, the vet would like to monitor her growth before making any decisions. Abby is now allowed to start moving around more to rebuild the muscle she lost during cage rest — and she’s more than ready to explore again.<br/><br/>Through it all, Abby has remained affectionate, curious, and full of personality.
