Yoyo's Story

Hi, my name is Yolanda (Yoyo). I am a Quaker parrot with an unusual color mutation called a crossover. I am pale teal on my back and white on my head. I am female and about 2 years old. I am very sweet, but nervous of hands. I was sharing space with my sister, Nancy, but we aren't getting along so we are being adopted separately. I haven't learned how to step up yet, but you can pick me up easily and I will sit on your shoulder or sometimes on your head! Diet: Pellets, fruits & veggies, nuts or seeds as treats. Adoption fee: $1000 each.

QUAKER PARAKEETS ARE ILLEGAL TO OWN IN KANSAS, MISSOURI ADOPTIONS ONLY.

Check out our website which explains our adoption process.
