Thin Mint's Story

Thin Mint is only one year old, and has already had a harder life than he should have. He came out of pigeon racing, got lost, and ended up thin and hungry in someone’s backyard — where he basically knocked on the door and asked for help. Good instincts!<br/>He’s a light gray bird with a crop that shades into deep purple — genuinely beautiful coloring, the kind that looks different depending on the light. He’s young and still figuring out what safe feels like, but he’s getting there. What he needs now is a calm home that will give him time to settle in and realize nobody’s going anywhere. He’s got a lot of good years ahead of him, and he deserves to spend them somewhere he truly belongs!
