Meet Thelma and Louise! They are an adorable bonded duo of hens. These two girls were found as strays and taken into a local shelter before making their way to us. Louise may have wry tail (crooked tail), but this usually doesn't both or affect chickens much! Chickens are often underestimated, but they are actually very intelligent animals with complex social relationships! If you spend some time with them, they will learn to recognize you! They might be a good pet for you if you have a yard for them to roam in during the day. We don't know the ages of many of our chickens since they are rescues, so we cannot guarantee that they will lay eggs.
