Tango and Kiwi

Kiwi is a 7 year old green cheek hybrid conure and Tango is an 8 year old sun conure. These boys have been a bonded pair for most of their lives. It's nice to have friends! Sometimes Tango gets a little too friendly and over preens Kiwi's head. Time for lots of enrichment diversions, but there's no harm otherwise. <br/><br/>Lucky guys, they get to fly and we want them to keep that capability for their mental and physical health. How many "landing zones" can you provide?<br/><br/>Time for bath? Just turn on the vacuum cleaner (AKA the rainforest sound) and let them go at it!<br/><br/>IMPORTANT PROCESS INFORMATION: Before we can discuss a specific bird with you, we ask that you follow our adoption and education process. Some birds are in foster homes that may adopt them, but there are many other birds waiting for our help who are not yet posted in PetFinders. The adoption coordinator in your area will work with you to find the best home for each bird, and a species and personality that works best for your family. We want to set everyone up for success, especially our parrots!<br/><br/>To get started, the adoption process includes completing our parrot match application and attending one of our core classes. We do not ship birds. However, everyone is welcome and encouraged to join us for our online events. Parrots are unique and they deserve us to be informed caretakers.
